Your Local Area Coordinator, Planner, or Early Childhood Partner will ask you how you would like your provider bills paid. One option available to you is a NDIS Plan Manager, which provides the flexibility to work with both registered and unregistered providers.

For example, you may want to pay an Occupational Therapist that you are familiar with but who is not registered with the NDIA. A Plan Manager will take care of processing your NDIS bills, offer regular statements, and provide guidance on utilising your NDIS Plan.

How to Endorse a Plan Manager

Ensure your NDIS Plan includes Plan Management and Choice & Control funding.
Contact your provider and complete a Service Agreement (e.g., via an intake meeting).
Endorse your Plan Manager via your plan meeting, implementation meeting, or by calling the NDIS at 1800 800 110.
